Stick Form Windows

Having produced window and door components in our on-site mill for many years we have seen an increase in demand for our Stick Form Windows.

There are many reasons that we have seen an increase in demand, as our clients are able to benefit in the following ways:

• Reduced wastage

• You pay very little extra between having just a machined timber section to having sections finished and ready to make mstraight into your windows.

• Support network for overflow – no need to turn work away in mpeak times as we can supply the finished components ready for assembly

• We supply the machining skills required

• All CNC accuracy

• Reduced storage requirements

• Reduced lead times

• Minimum machining required after supply – only spindle machining required.

Each Stick Form Window can be produced in flush or stormproof sections. Stick Form Windows can be supplied in any hardwood or softwood timber you would like. Softwood, engineered softwood and sapele can be provided 5 days from order, other timbers within 10 days from order.

Each stick form window in cludes frame, transoms, mullions and sashes. Planton or sub-cills can be provided on request.

Each window set is made to order to your required size.
We are also able to provide stick form doors with or without the frame and in a choice of softwood and hardwood timbers. Lead times are the same as for windows.
Glazing beads can be purchased separately and can be provided 7 days from order.
